Why I View Psychic Readings as a Form of Healing

Many people come to a reading believing they are looking for answers.

Will the relationship work out?

Will I find a new job?

Why does this keep happening to me?

While answers can be helpful, I often find myself paying attention to something else: the question itself.

The questions we repeatedly ask can reveal patterns, fears, beliefs, and wounds that may be asking for our attention.

In that sense, I often view a reading as a form of healing.

Just as physical symptoms can point to something happening within the body, our questions can point to something happening within our emotional, mental, or spiritual lives.

Sometimes the pattern may be connected to a past experience in this lifetime. Sometimes it may be connected to a belief we learned growing up. Sometimes I believe it may even be connected to a past-life experience.

Not everyone believes in past lives, and that is perfectly okay.

What interests me is that healing can still begin, even when we view the idea symbolically rather than literally.

Imagine someone who constantly feels they are not good enough. Whether that feeling began in childhood, a previous relationship, or even a past life, the important question becomes: Does the origin matter as much as the healing?

Sometimes simply considering a different perspective allows us to loosen our grip on an old story.

If I believe I have always been this way, I may feel trapped.

If I begin to see that this belief was learned, inherited, conditioned, or carried forward from another experience, I may also begin to realize that I do not have to keep carrying it.

A new perspective creates space.

And in that space, healing can begin.

For me, that is one of the most valuable aspects of a psychic reading.

It is not only about predicting the future.

It is about bringing awareness to patterns that may no longer serve us and helping us see ourselves from a different point of view.

Sometimes the answer is important.

Sometimes understanding why we keep asking the same question is even more important.
