Trance-Meditation Training-

Level 1: Introduces five guided meditations designed to release trauma, ease stress and negative emotions,

restore clarity, and raise the body’s frequency. Each student also receives a custom meditation

tailored to their personal needs.

Level 2: goes deeper—teaching you how to design custom meditations for specific goals.
